In October, the Pupil Leadership Team from St Paul’s CE Primary School had the exciting opportunity to meet with Mr Alex Davies, CEO of Orchard Multi Academy Trust. The children were eager to learn more about what it takes to lead a trust of schools.
The meeting was full of thoughtful questions from our young leaders, who were curious about Mr Davies’ journey to becoming a CEO, the challenges he faces, and what inspires him in his role. He spoke about the importance of listening, working as a team, and always keeping children at the heart of every decision.
Our pupils were particularly interested in how schools work together across the Trust and how leadership can make a difference to children’s lives.
It was a brilliant opportunity for our children to see leadership in action and to be inspired to aim high in their own futures. Thank you, Mr Davies!
