Our recent ICT training day with Mr P ICT brought together staff from seven Orchard and invited schools for an inspiring day of professional learning at Edgar Street, Hereford FC.
The focus of the day was on how technology can genuinely transform learning, remove barriers for pupils and support staff wellbeing. Through engaging and practical sessions, staff explored ways to streamline workload, work smarter and embrace the opportunities offered by AI safely and effectively.
There was a real buzz throughout the day as colleagues reflected on how rapidly technology is evolving and how these tools can be used thoughtfully to enhance both teaching and learning. Staff left with plenty of food for thought, along with practical strategies they could confidently take back to their schools.
Thank you to Mr P ICT for an excellent day of CPD and for sharing expertise in such an accessible and inspiring way. It was a fantastic example of how high-quality training can empower staff and support innovation across our schools.
